MARY DUSAULT – OWNER/OFFICE MANAGER
Mary was born and raised in the New Westminster/Coquitlam area. She brings with her 25+ years in the Human Resources – Staffing Industry. She has been leading her team to success for many years!
Her motto is “You are only as good as your team!”
Mary’s priority is the safety and knowledge of all employee’s. She is continually offering assistance in training all employee’s in First Aid, Construction Safety, Fall Protection, Heavy Equipment, Hoist Operator, and other courses relevant to their jobs.
When Mary is not at the office, she is spending time with her family. Volunteering on the executive board for RM Special Olympics, she attends events and donates to Variety Club, Make A Wish, Recovery Day, Children’ Hospital, many sports teams and the SPCA…

TANIA NEARING – OWNER/SALES/HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER
Tania has been in the staffing industry for 15 years, Tania’s goal as sales manager is to build long term business relationships with our clients as well as develop new business relationships.
She is known for her on site visits and extraordinary customer service in our industry. Tania is also committed to the health and safety of our workers and clients. Her certifications in health and safety have helped Best Personnel become one of BC’s most recognized agency.
Tania does a lot of safety consulting for companies across BC and Alberta. Tania would be more than happy to help you with any training or health and safety issues that you may have.
TIFFANY LEFEBVRE – Staffing Manager
Tiffany has been in the staffing industry for the past 12 years. She has excellent organization and communication skills, which assists her with all of the temporary and permanent staffing needs. Tiffany will always persevere until she gets the job done. Feel free to drop in and talk to Tiffany about your ideal positions.
SANDRA SILLER – CERTIFIED PAYROLL MANAGER
Sandra has been with Best Personnel Inc. since 2006, she has over 20 years’ experience in payroll and accounting. Recently acquiring her Payroll Management Certification through the CPA, she can answer all of your payroll related queries. The primary goal of our payroll department is to ensure that our employees are paid accurately and on time.
BRANDI O’CONNELL – STAFFING SUPERVISOR
Brandi joined Best Personnel in 2007. Her attention to detail makes her ideal in addressing the needs of our clients. Brandi’s knowledge of various fields is an asset in finding the right fit for clients and employees alike. She is quick to address any concerns that arise and is always ready for a challenge, so please give her a call today.
LINDSAY LITTLE – STAFFING CONSULTANT
Lindsay has been employed with Best Personnel since 2012. She brings her witty attitude as well a kind manner to the team. Lindsay is committed to the health and safety of our workers and assists Tania with our return to work program. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a concentration in psychology. She is always happy to help with your staffing and employment needs.
STEPHANIE SIMPSON – Payroll Administrator
Stephanie brings her strong organizational skills, positive attitude and over 16 years of customer service experience to Best Personnel. She prides herself on her dedication to the team and looks forward to helping you with all your staffing and employment needs. Stephanie has been with Best Personnel since 2013.
SHERRI JEDRIAK – Invoicing Specialist
Sherri has been employed with Best Personnel since 2013. She brings her witty attitude as well a patient manner to the team. Her prime focus has been working with Sandra in the payroll/accounting department. Sherri brings over 20 years of working within the service industry to our team.
Chelsea Beard – STAFFING CONSULTANT
Chelsea recently joined the Best Personnel team. With over 5 years of customer service experience, she is dedicated to making your experience with us as positive as possible. She loves working with people, and brings her understanding nature and friendly personality to the office. She looks forward to working with you to achieve all your staffing and employment needs.
Sophie Brumwell – Staffing Consultant
Sophie is a recent addition to the Best Personnel team, all the way from New Zealand, and brings with her 10 years experience in customer service, and over 3 years experience in HR and management. She has a positive, can-do attitude, and is committed to providing excellent service to all of our valued clients and employees.
Alyssa Devison – Outside Sales Representative
Alyssa is a nice addition to our growing team at Best Personnel. She brings many years of customer service experience to the team providing lasting experiences and memories for many.
Her outgoing and vibrant personality lights up the room. She will always be the one you can count on to make for a day you can look forward to.
Melanie Bosse – Outside Sales Representative
Melanie is a recent addition to the Best Personnel team. She is well organized, accommodating and has over 17 years of customer service/sales experience.
Her friendly and outgoing personality makes her easy to connect with and she will go out of her way to make sure all your staffing needs are met
Natasha Dusault – office assistant
Natasha is Mary’s youngest daughter, she enjoys coming to the office to help hand out cheques, data entry and assisting where needed.
