We provide the best for our temporary workers by ensuring each applicant is treated respectfully and fairly, including fair wages that are paid on a timely schedule. Safety is of the upmost importance, and all new and young workers go through WHIMIS training to keep themselves, your workplace, and your employees safe.
All of our temporary workers go on a three-month probation period. If the candidate’s performance is not satisfactory, Best Personnel will replace the employee or refund less 25% for administrative costs.
Often employers are so impressed with their new employees that they wish to keep them on long-term. If you wish to hire an employee after their probation period, we are happy to have found you a new member of your team. If you wish to hire your temporary worker within the three-month probation period, we must be contacted to negotiate a finder’s fee.
