To guarantee you get the employee with the skills and professionalism you deserve, we offer a three-month probation period for all employees. If at any point during the first three months you find the employee unsatisfactory, we will replace them with no fees until you are satisfied.
If the employee proves that they want to be a part of your team after their probation period, with good reviews from the supervisor, then it has been our pleasure to have helped you find another member of your team at no additional cost.
Please note that if you wish to hire your temporary worker within the three month probation period, we must be contacted to negotiate a finder’s fee.
